Liquid feed solution is added to V2 from V1 by pump P1. At vessel V2 feed is added into wiped film evaporator E. The Liquid Distributor Disk of the Wiped Film Evaporator spreads the liquid on evaporation surface. Wipers of Wiped Film Evaporator maintain uniform liquid and evaporation. Concentrated solute liquid hereafter collected in V4 at the bottom of evaporator. From here, the solvent vapor rises up in evaporation chamber of the Wiped Film Evaporator and Vapor gets condensed and cooled in condenser C.
